By placing an order in this shop you agree to these terms.

What we sell

This shop sells physical products only: air conditioning units, thermostats and air purifiers. Product names, photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose. If you are unsure whether an item fits your home or system, call us before you buy.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown is the price you pay, and you see the full total on the secure checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Where it is offered for your order, you can pay over time with a financing provider such as Affirm or Klarna. Financing is offered by the provider, subject to its own approval and terms, which are shown to you before you confirm.

Order confirmation

You receive a receipt by email after payment. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Manufacturer warranty

Products carry the warranty provided by their manufacturer. Contact us and we will help you with a warranty claim.

Privacy

We use your name, address, phone number and email only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown on this page when you place it.
