Everything in our shop is a physical product that we ship to your address.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. You enter your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping cost

Delivery in Los Angeles County is free. The price you see on the product is the price you pay at checkout, with no added shipping or handling fee. If an address is outside Los Angeles County and a delivery charge applies, we will contact you with the exact amount and wait for your approval before shipping.

Processing and delivery time

Orders usually ship within 3 business days of payment. Transit time depends on the item and the destination. Smaller items such as thermostats and purifiers travel by standard carrier, and larger items such as air conditioning units travel by freight, which can take longer. We will give you an estimated delivery date by phone or email after your order is placed.

Delivery problems

Please check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within the time listed in our refund policy and we will make it right.
